From the 1966 album “Up-Tight“. That’s right. I’m a huge Stevie Wonder fan. This drum cover was recorded by Anssi Kippo at Astia-studio A, using Glyn Johns micing method (I made him do it!). Recorded, mixed & mastered by A. Kippo @ Astia-studio A. Recorded on and mixed to RTM SM900 magnetic tape. One take from beginning to end. No sound replacer, no editing and no drum samples. The drum reverb is the Astia-studio A drum room. Stevie Wonder backing track from vinyl record.
