This is a moderate to high intensity Interval Yoga Class. Vinyasa Flow with elements of Power yoga, core training, Hath ayoga. The focus is on strength, flexibility, cardiovascular capacity and Endurance. The Sequence is fast pace with plank variations included. Intermediate, Advanced level yoga that can be modified for beginners.
