CHICAGO--A disturbing photo that has been kept private under court order for more than a decade has been released to the public by the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper. The photo shows two white police officers posing with an unidentified black man. The officers are holding rifles as the man lies on the floor with antlers on his head.
