INGREDIENTS
6 slices of thick-cut bacon
2 Tbsp bacon grease
2 Roma tomatoes (dice and sauté)
1 jalapeno (dice and sauté)
1/4 small onion (dice and sauté)
1 clove of garlic (mince and sauté)
8 fl oz beer
8 to 12 fl oz water
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tsp dried cilantro
29 oz can of pinto beans
salt to taste
NOTE: I used 3/4 cup of salsa in place of the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and jalapeño
