The “Scarlet Sails“ holiday took place in Mariupol on June 23. More than 250 schoolchildren took part in the event, which began with a grand concert. Local creative groups performed, accompanied by a DJ. A grandiose light show was organized for the graduates, for which about 50 tons of equipment were delivered to the city; its installation took several days. The culmination of the evening was the passage of the yacht “Assol“ under scarlet sails. The graduates’ holiday was organized with the support of Joint Stock Bank “RUSSIA“, Channel Five, the government of St. Petersburg and the Donbass Children’s Charitable Fund. For the first time, the Scarlet Sails graduation was held in Mariupol in 2022, at which time it became a sister city with St. Petersburg, where the main graduation of the country traditionally takes place.
