1. 2-3 laps of a slow jog around a small field.
2. 1-2 laps of dynamic movements.
3. 2-3 laps of technical freestyle dribbling around field.
4. Box Juggling - Alternating feet (200 reps)
5. Box Juggling - Right Foot (100 reps)
