“Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps“ was first written in Spanish in 1947 by Osvaldo Farrés and was called “Quizás, Quizás, Quizás.“ The sultry vibe to this tune persuaded Joyce Partise to add this to her repertoire. The English version was first recorded by Desi Arnaz in 1948 followed by Doris Day and later Nat King Cole singing in Spanish.
