LIVE: UN Security Council to vote on MH17 tribunal

The United Nations Security Council is set to vote on a resolution for establishing a tribunal to prosecute those responsible for the MH17 flight disaster in New York on Wednesday, July 29. The vote comes after a request was put forward by Australia, Belgium, Malaysia, the Netherlands and Ukraine. Russia is expected to veto the resolution while an investigation into the disaster is still ongoing.
