Hot weather brings out those on Skid Row more then to find shade from the heat. Feeling the need to lay down and rest anywhere they can. Summertime is here and there may be times when the rain will fall to cool the earth with a summer breeze, unfortunately homelessness will continue which causes stress, violence, staying alive when out on the streets and unsanitary living conditions that bring depression. These things causes people to lose hope and turn to drugs. I believe help from the government finding affordable housing rehab and then obtaining a job is a step in the right direction.
