Dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) creates a specific sound being touched by the metal surface. I performed the traditional Scottish tune “Auld Lang Syne“ using Woodstock Pipedream Chimes and dry ice. Additionally, some meditative music sounds may be generated just by placing the dry ice on the surface of the chimes. NB! Do not touch the dry ice for a long time. Its temperature is −78.5 °C (−109.3 °F).
