ABS + BUTT workout (CORE & lower BODY) with Maria Khoreva

DONATE if you want Today I have planned a 37-minutes BUTT and ABS workout for you! It’s not a crazy hard routine but it’s effective for toning and getting the muscles stronger. We are going to do 3 groups of 6 different exercises, 3 of them targeting the core and 3 - targeting the lower body, and we’re going to repeat each group 2 times. 45 active seconds, 15 seconds rest in between! And I think this workout is going to fly right by!
