Meditation and music are both calming activities that can have multiple benefits for your health. Research studies have shown that both practices can improve your mind, body and emotions.
Everyone has an energy field or aura around them that is felt by others. This aura is what attracts people to us. When we have a positive energy field or aura, we release an aura of peace and calm. With this aura, we can inspire, motivate and drive the people around us to be this way. If we give out too much negative energy, we can repel friends and family and attract negativity, negative experiences.
It’s important to be aware of the energy we are giving off because it will directly us and others around us. Our resonances create our reality. If we want to attract positive people and positive experiences into our lives, we need to make our own energy is positive and being a good person even in our deepest of thoughts ☺.
Light a candle or diffuse some essential oils like Lavender or Chamomile for Relaxation, Lemon for detoxing/lifting your mood, Clary Sage for stress and anxiety, or Peppermint Oil application on area of pain (not on open cuts or wounds) etc. You can also apply a drop of this oil on your palm and inhale. Then play this music and Breathe deeply while being aware of every breath you inhale and exhale, keep your focus on your breath and vizualize a beautiful white light from up above flowing down and enveloping you.
Please feel free to listen with headphones at a moderate level, or play it softly in the background. As long as the music is positive and calming for your body and soul, it will be beneficial for you.
