China begins shipping 7nm and 28nm Lithography Equipment

SMEE is a subsidiary of Shanghai Micro Electronics Equipment. The most sophisticated scanner that SMEE currently possesses is only capable of fabricating processes with a thickness of 90 nm or greater; therefore, the introduction of the SSA/800-10W scanner represents a significant step forward for the firm.
