Chicory Root Harvest - Start to Finish | 12 row Holmer T4-40 & Terra Felis 2 | Loonbedrijf Hack

In this video we are following the harvest of Chicory Root on one field of 11 hectare from the beginning to the end. On november 8th contractor Hack Harvest of Kruisland in the Netherlands used a massive Holmer Terra-Dos T4-40 12-row beet harvester to lift the chicory roots and dump them on the headland. After more then 2 weeks, on november 28th, the roots where loaded and transported to the processing plant ( Sensus Roosendaal ) which was a only a 10 minutes near the field. A Holmer Terra Felis 2, also from contractor Hack, loaded the roots on Iveco and Volvo trucks. Chicory is used as a sweetener in the food industry, for more info please see: Cichorei rooien en laden door Loonbedrijf Hack uit Kruisland.
