Flash flooding hits Northeast U.S., washing out roads and killing at least 1

A massive downpour wiped out roads and put millions in the path of dangerous flood conditions across parts of the Northeast Sunday. One woman was killed by the flooding in New York state and officials say there are others still unaccounted for.
