Muscle Up Progressions - On The Road to Strict Ring Muscle Ups.

This morning I chose not to mess around and use my in between time wisely. I’m finally getting serious with training to one day get the super hard (to me) strict ring muscle up. In between a dawn patrol semi private session at my gym and doing a FaceTime distant coaching session with a student in Louisiana, I managed to get this practice in, but not in this order as shown below.
