You can tap to copy it from the game settings! 📒 Ingredients (4-6 servings): Butternut squash or pumpkin - (); Carrots - 2; Celery Stalks - 2; Cloves of Garlic - 2; Brown onion - 1 large (or 2 small); Spring Onion (green part only) - 1; Water - 800 ml / 27 oz; Cream - 150ml (3/4 Cup); Olive oil - for frying; Salt & pepper - season to taste; Toasted bread to serve 👩‍🍳 Instructions - Slice the carrots, celery, garlic and onion; - Add oil and the vegetables to a pot; - Fry until the vegetables soften and the onion becomes translucent; - Meanwhile slice the green onion and put aside; - Chop the squash into pieces; - Add the squash pieces and water to the pot; - Boil until the squash pieces become soft; - Use hand blender to puree until smooth; - Garnish with green onion and serve with toasted bread!
