DIY Twig Fairy House Lamp
Hi, in this video tutorial I show you how I made a twig fairy house. I think this house can be placed outside if coated with some varnish. It’s an easy project anyone can do, with little effort and awesome results. It’s also a great way to stimulate children creativity and imagination. I got the idea after a short trip to the countryside where I found lots of twigs and branches laying around in my uncle’s yard after some tree pruning. What a great material!
I started by drawing the front of the house to have a pattern to follow when cutting and gluing the twigs together. I used the same pattern for the back of the house as well but without the door and windows. The hot glue sticks to wood so well so I glued the twigs easily. I made a pattern for the sides of the house as well. When I had all the walls I glued them together. I made the door from smaller twigs and glued it in place.
