The Taliban is still in talks for a new “open“ and “inclusive“ Islamic government, days after its forces entered the Afghan capital, Kabul. After a hasty U.S. exit from Afghanistan and resigned Afghan President Ashraf Ghani fled the country, former Afghan First Vice President Amurrllah Saleh is rallying forces in Panjshir Valley, northeast of Kabul, to resist Taliban rule.
