Off-Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting - π (pi) graft

In this video, a 70-year old gentleman underwent off-pump beating heart coronary artery bypass grafting surgery with a π (pi) graft configuration to achieve total arterial anaortic revascularization for severe triple vessel coronary artery disease. The patient had two arterial inflows and four distal anastomoses without aortic manipulation to reduce the risk of stroke. The operation was uneventful and the patient had an uncomplicated and speedy recovery.
