FPV Video Latency - does it matter?

After reviewing the Runcam Eagle FVP camera I decided to see if I could quantify the effect of that camera’s 45mS of latency. Here’s what I came up with - it’s not my best work but it was the 5th attempt at making this video and I’d had enough :-)
