There must be no impunity for sexual crimes committed in war - that’s the warning from the EU’s ambassador to Bosnia. It comes as the country struggles to deal with the legacy of mass rape. According to human rights groups as many as twenty thousand women were raped in the early nineties, often at camps set up for that purpose.
