EVERY GUITAR SOLO OF QUEEN album by album - Part 4: A Night At The Opera (1975)

🎤They don’t get much bigger than this. The quintessential Queen album is here. A tour de force of multi-tracking, layering and production, some of the most famous songs of the band are featured. And with that, some of Brian May’s most recognisable guitar work. I have stripped the tracks of all guitar parts and recreated them from scratch in my home studio. It wasn’t easy, I can tell you! 🎶Upon release, A Night at the Opera topped the UK Albums Chart for four non-consecutive weeks. It peaked at number four on the US Billboard Top LPs & Tape chart and became the band’s first platinum-certified album in the US. It also produced the band’s most successful single in the UK, “Bohemian Rhapsody“, which became their first number one song in the country. Despite being twice as long as the average length of singles during the 1970s, the song became immensely popular worldwide. 🎸For the distinctive multi layered sounds of the guitar harmonies, I have used a special little amp made by Manuel at DoxyWorld, the Supersonic Doxy. This replicates exactly the tone of the Deacy amp, an unique creation of John Deacon used by Brian May throughout his entire Queen catalogue. The other guitar sounds are replicated with IK Multimedia’s AmpliTube 5. 📌 Timestamps: 0:00 - Death on Two Legs (Dedicated to...) 1:41 - Lazing on a Sunday Afternoon 1:58 - I’m in Love With My Car 2:47 - You’re My Best Friend 3:22 - ’39 4:02 - Sweet Lady 5:41 - The Prophet’s Song 6:55 - Love of My Life 7:44 - Good Company 8:35 - Bohemian Rhapsody 9:56 - God Save The Queen 👍 If you enjoy this video, please don’t forget to hit the like button, share it with your fellow Queen and guitar aficionados, and subscribe to my channel for more rock and guitar-related content. 🔔 Make sure to turn on the notification bell so you never miss an update!
