Hero saves three-year-old and driver trapped in sinking car during Storm Henk floods

A hero has saved the lives of a three-year-old child and a driver of a car after it was caught sinking in floodwaters caused by Storm Henk on Tuesday 2 January. A man can be seen dangling from helping the child out of the car which is close to sinking below the road bridge he is standing on in Hall Green, Birmingham. Storm Henk affected much of south and central England and Wales with heavy rain causing flooding in many areas.
