NieR: Automata | 9S Takes 2B’s Arm

Having regained consciousness next to a deactivated 2B model, 9S in a moment of sorrowful remembrance opts for tearing off 2B’s arm to use as a replacement after his own arm was destroyed in the explosion. However this causes 9S to become infected with the virus. Pod 153 proposes that he should hack into his own body to remove it.
