Simple but Extremely Beautiful | Textured Wooden Box Project

This Jewelry box is made from scrap walnut and oak. It’s a beautiful, hand-carved piece that looks expensive but is super simple to make. It doesn’t require fancy joinery or any special tools. The only thing that needed to be invested in this box was time. Hand carving takes a while! This whole project was super fun to make, and it was a nice practice for me as well to remember the basics. I think it is a good habit to knock off a small project now and then to go through the fundamentals. Most of the time I find another method that I can do the same thing more efficiently.
