The dark reason Scar let Simba run ’s Lion King Did you know that there might have been a reason that Scar didn’t just kill Simba himself back when the lion was just a cub? There are actually a few theories surrounding why Simba’s uncle wouldn’t have killed him with his own two paws on the day that he killed King Mufasa, but they all line up with the type of character that Scar was in the movie.
