*STORY LINE* Kovu’s mum (Zira) loves him alot but she is beaten by her husband/Kovu’s dad (Scar) and he hurts and yells at Kovu and Zira can’t always protect him. Kovu sees his friends parents loving eachother and wonders why his parents aren’t like that. As he grows up he feels sorry for his mother and argues with his father about why he hurts her, Scar is angry and hits Kovu giving him a scar. Kovu runs off.
