My First Week As A Data Scientist at Walmart

After waiting for months, I’ve started a Data Science/Statistician position at Walmart Global Tech, the technology branch of Walmart. My team is responsible for the in-house Experimentation platform that serves the company-wide experimentation need. In this video, I’ve documented my onboarding process and learnings in the first week. There was a specific task for each day. It’s a lot of fun learning something new and talking to engineering colleagues. Leihua is a PhD at the University of California and works as a Data Scientist in the tech sector.
