The album is woven together with Takeshi’s unique style of drum and bass and ambient, droning pieces. Drum and Bass and Drumfunk are the core to this album as demonstrated by the title track, Against Mainstream, Black Hole, and others. Takeshi layers peculiar and randomized melodies with warbling harmonies. These clashing sounds evoke outer space themes from the planetarium. Drums are a mixture of live recordings, sampled breaks, and synthesizers. All three types are utilized in each track.
