Forty-six residents of Kursk Region have returned to Russia as a result of the negotiation process with Kyiv
Today, 46 residents of Kursk Region returned to Russia from Ukraine as a result of the negotiation process with the Ukrainian side, Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova said. They were kidnapped by the Ukrainian armed forces back in August.
Among the citizens returned to Russia are 12 children, including one newborn baby, one under 3 years old, and a wheelchair-bound disabled person.
