This intense core home workout will engage your abs and lower back muscle groups and build a strong and stable core at home, no equipment needed. These exercises are great to build body tension and are particulary helpful in Calisthenics and Breakdance/BBoying. 10 min is all you need! A 10 min core home workout for all fitness levels!
Unlike most core workouts, in this home workout I include movements like L-sit and elbow lever to force you to actually perform the moves as they are a great help for many moves in Calisthenics and BBoying - in just 10 min. You can do this workout at home, outside, with friends or alone, just make sure to make all moves clean.
10 min of high-intensity core workout is always worth your time! You won’t need any equipment, your bodyweight only. All levels means you can play with the intensity of the moves however you like. Planks can be done deeper, L-sits longer, frog freezes can be substituted with tuck planches. Whatever works best for you.
