Crunchy Apple Pie with oatmeal. No flour, no sugar! Very rich and HEALTHY! _____________________________________ be my friend on: Ingredients: ▪️ 2 cups ground oats / oat flour ▪️ 4 eggs ▪️ 3-5 tbsp erithritol or other sweetner (to taste) ▪️ 1 tsp vanilla flavor ▪️ 80 g melted butter ▪️ 1 1/2 tsp baking powder ▪️ 1 tsp cinnamon ▪️ 100 g chopped walnuts ▪️ 150 g dried fruits ( I use raisins and cranberries) ▪️ 2-3 diced apples Baking tin 20 cm Bake 180°C - 50 minutes Method: 1. Mix together: 4 eggs, 3-5 tbsp of erithritol, 1 tsp of vanilla flavor and 80 g of melted butter 2. Add 2 cups of ground oat flakes, 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Mix well. 3. Layer the ingredients in a baking tin lined with baking paper as shown in the video. 4. Bake 180°C - 50 minutes.
