After one night young Vanessa roamed in the labyrinth’s family manor, she encountered an evil presence that would haunt her until adulthood. Such event had a lasting impression on her and made her an extremely religious woman. Years later, Vanessa receives the visit of Katrina, her long-time friend from childhood, who practices witchcraft. Feeling saddened for her friend’s suffering, Katrina starts to perform a ritual to evict the evil presence. A feeling of betrayal overcomes Vanessa as soon as she discovers Katrina’s spell books, realizing that her friend is a witch. In a last resort to fight the evil presence, Katrina performs a last, more powerful ritual. Despite her efforts, the presence fights back and kills both women on the spot.
