In Conversation: Engineering and Geoscience in BC

In celebration of National Engineering and Geoscience Month, and to highlight how the innovative work of engineers and geoscientists enhances public safety and improves life in British Columbia, Engineers and Geoscientists BC has launched a video podcast, In Conversation: Engineering and Geoscience in BC. The podcast features a dynamic discussion between Bob McDonald, host of CBC Radio’s award-winning Quirks & Quarks and two recipients of the 2020 Engineers and Geoscientists BC President’s Awards, Dr. Loretta Li, ., and Dr. Dan Moore, . The podcast discussion ranges from Dr. Li’s and Dr. Moore’s innovative work to their inspirations, career challenges, and thoughts on what engineers and geoscientists are doing to enhance public safety. Bob drives the discussion through decades of experience, asking thought-provoking questions and adding his unique views and experiences. Dr. Loretta Li, ., is a professional engineer and the winner of the R. A. McLachlan Memorial
