Happy Friyayyyy! So I was lucky enough to be able to squeeze in another road trip before the new year, this time to the ever so dreamy Red Rock Canyon thanks to Volcom! Volcom has partnered with Econyl and Repreve over the years in an effort to eliminate the sourcing of raw materials and use recycled fibers (from water bottles and fishing nets) in their clothing instead. Their newest initiative was announced earlier this year called Water Aware where they are able to cut back on how much water is being used in the production of their denim (as seen here in the form of this beautiful jumpsuit). I think what Volcom is doing is a great start and I hope they continue to partner with innovative companies and initiatives that are committed to a closed-loop system ♻️ !!!
