Splitting with Ease - the barefoot ax-girl

Splitting firewood on large rocks was merely to draw attention to the fact that the ax never goes all the way through the wood. Instead the blocks are easily pried apart as the ax is ’flicked’ sideways with a small wrist movement at the moment of contact.
