Ingredients
500 grams dahi (yogurt)
1 kheera (cucumber), grated. do not squeeze out the water
1 tsp roasted jeera powder (cumin seed ppwder)
1/4-1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4-1/2 tsp kala namak (black salt) & 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sendha namak (rock salt). you can use regular table salt if you wish.
