He served as a Vice President of Blizzard North and was a Director of Blizzard Entertainment from 1994 to 2003. Also Bill was Vice President/GM at Disney Interactive Studios from 2011-2016, and headed such video game studios like Flagship Studios and Cryptic Studios.
