Outlander’s Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe Play If/Then

Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan are back as Claire and Jamie Fraser, but this time they’re operating as a power couple in France instead of Scotland. At the start of Season 2 of Outlander, the duo begins settling down in France while taking their first steps towards stopping the doomed Jacobite rebellion. While in New York City promoting the show’s April 9th return, I got the chance to sit down with Balfe and Heughan for a new game, our own spin on the familiar party/ice-breaker game “If/Then.” In case you’ve never played before, the participants are given the first half of an if/then statement that they must complete. But, in this case, because Balfe and Heughan have worked together for a while and make quite the pair, we reversed it so an “if/then” statement about Balfe is completed by Heughan and vice versa.
