Genesis - Misunderstanding (1980; Rare alternate version)

STOP THE VIDEO PLAYER! READ THE DESCRIPTION FIRST! Believe it or not, but there was an alternate version of Genesis’ 1980 video for the song “Misunderstanding“. This version features slightly different shots of Phil Collins and his “girlfriend“ peppered throughout. This has never been released on any of the official Genesis video collections. Could this have been an earlier version of the video? Also, it seems this video uses an older mix of the song, whilst the version of the Video Show DVD uses a brand new one. Filmed on location in Los Angeles, California from May 24-27, 1980, during concerts for the band’s “Duke Tour“ there. Directed by Stuart Orme, and featuring Max Factor Spokesperson Linda Kendall as Phil’s “girlfriend“. ENJOY! I do not own any of the video and audio in this clip.
