The lofty contempt which Britain’s Labour party feels for the white, working-class majority

Nobody, in modern Britain, is less worthy of consideration than white, working-class people. Their views and opinions are wrong, they voted for Brexit and are very often racist and xenophobic. This, at least, is the perspective of the left wing in this country.
