Once the problem appeared live at the event, we immediately began troubleshooting to solve the issue with all the resources we had at hand. Unfortunately we were unable to solve it immediately, and a few showcases and battles were affected by this, such as Elisii’s elimination and this battle with MB14 and B-Art. We were unable to find a specific reason as to why this happened, as we tested everything prior to the event beginning and it all worked perfectly. We suspect a bug with the visual software that we were using, but we are still unsure. We are very sorry to all the artists that experienced this issue on stage, and apologise sincerely to everyone that watched both the livestream and the produced videos. We hope you can accept our apology! Everyone affected had to beatbox longer than planned, which we truly believe is not acceptable. We will do our best to never let this happen again in the future!
