Try This Flow - International Animal Flow Day 2023

On August 28th we had our 3rd International Animal Flow Day, where we had thousands of flowists around the world performing this Flow and now we want to share it with all of you. The Flow was designed in two parts, the first being more appropriate for beginners and the second more geared towards intermediate to advanced florwists. In this video you’ll find the entire Flow, although we’d recommend just attempting whichever parts feel most attainable to you.
