Today, we celebrate the retirement of Deputy Commissioner Troy Lukkes, ID 13798, who has dedicated 30 incredible years of service to the California Highway Patrol and the people of California. Deputy Commissioner Lukkes leaves a legacy of integrity, service to others, and exemplifies what honoring the badge truly means.  Deputy Commissioner Lukkes returned to the Baldwin Park CHP office, where he began his career after graduating from his CHP Academy class CTC-III-94, for his final 10-10 sign off.
