Make a Leather Pin Cushion - Free Pattern and Tutorial

Pattern: This is a very basic and simple pincushion which is a great project for beginners. You can use your scraps for it! Great addition to any sewing workshop. The whole thing took me less than 40 minutes from start to finish. The pattern has stitching holes marked for 5mm stitching irons. Size: Height - about 2” Diameter - ” What you are gonna need: Tools: Knife or scissors, stitching irons, maul or mallet, pair of harness needles, waxed thread. Materials: For the side - 5 oz (2mm) and up For the bottom - 2-3.5 oz (more lightweight than the leather you use for the side). For the cushion - I used canvas but you can use any fabric you want.
