A horticulturalist and naturopath, Sophie’s enthusiasm and passion for plants inspires people of all ages.
As a tireless advocate for sustainable gardening practices, Sophie encourages people to enjoy growing organic food, cooking from the home garden and creating backyards where kids can play, swapping ‘screen time for green time’.
