No title. Woman in an open topped car is parked at a petrol station - this is a stage set. A man climbs into the car in a comedy fashion. He gets his hand stuck in a gap in the window of the car. He puts his arm around the woman and she looks up at him with love light in her eyes! He gets out of the car, walks to the front and attempts to crank start it. He keeps getting in and out of the car and running backwards and forwards as the car refuses to start. He eventually decides to push the car. L/S of chorus girls performing a dance routine on stage in pale knee length dresses. They stand in a line and wave, doing a high kick routine. C/U of the girls’ legs from the orchestra pit. The girls dance and wave. Story incomplete. No intertitles. Note: paper records suggest that this is excerpts from the stage show “Clowns in Clover“ featuring Jack Hulbert and June.
