Norman the scooter dog

Some dogs know how to sit, stay, shake, fetch and roll over. Then there’s Norman. Just wait ’til you see his trick. The Briard, from Georgia, is getting a lot of attention for his scooter skills! In fact he’s touring the nation, showing off the skills that he developed at 10-weeks-old. Norman recently stopped in Maine.
