FULL BODY Postpartum Strength Workout (Get Strong & Fit After Pregnancy)
Welcome to Day 8 of the New Year Postpartum January Workout Challenge! Today, we are doing a full body postpartum workout with dumbbells. I will use a pair of 10 lb and 5 lb dumbbells, but feel free to grab cans of beans, filled water bottles, or even do the workout without any weights at all. Diastasis recti modifications are also provided!

We will do a different 15-20 min postpartum workout to get you in your best shape ever postpartum! The videos compliment each other to strengthen and tone your full body!
